Bexley Dog Training Club is a local dog training club that has been in existence for about 40 years – YES 40 YEARS – Some of our members have been associated with the club on and off for the last 33 years, training various dogs that have been part of their families over the years.
We meet on Tuesday evenings at St. Michael Church Hall, Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, Kent. Classes run from 7.00pm – 10pm.
BDTC is a very friendly pet dog training club, dedicated to helping you have fun and achieve the best possible results with your dog. We welcome any breed of dog of any age and will try to help overcome most everyday problems. We understand that all dogs are individuals and we will endeavor to help in any way we can. We say that an old dog CAN learn new tricks. Aggressive dogs or dogs with more serious problems will be assessed before being allowed to participate.
We are registered with the Kennel Club and participate in their Good Citizen Award Schemes, puppy, bronze, silver and gold.
We teach you to train your dog using kindness and treats, patience and praise. We do not condone smacking, either with the hand or lead.
Our Instructors are all volunteers, very dedicated and they will do their best to help with any situation that arises. We have a very caring committee who are always there to listen and give advice if needed.
So if you feel we can help in anyway why not contact us.
